Leeds Face Former Bulls Lance Todd Trophy Winner in Cup

If the Rhinos needed any extra ginger to spice up their cup-tie against Harlequins RL at the weekend, it came today with the news that Henry Paul, a Challenge Cup winner with Bradford Bulls over Leeds six years ago, is now eligible to play for Quins in Sunday's Challenge Cup quarter-final against Leeds Rhinos.

32-year-old Henry, who signed for Harlequins from Rugby Union exile last month, was ineligible to play in Quins' annihilation of Barrow in the last round because he was signed after the cup registration deadline. However, as the Challenge Cup extends over a long part of the season now, the Rugby Football League introduced a secondary deadline which means that players registered by yesterday can now play in future rounds of the Challenge Cup.

Henry Paul won the Lance Todd Trophy in that 24-16 Bulls win over Leeds at Murrayfield six years ago and the Rhinos will be keen to remind him that he's no longer with the Bulls but rather playing for a team that capitulated 0-60, at home to the Rhinos, as recently as the end of March.
